Welcome to my online space full of all things that make up the solo spiritual life.
I am obsessed with Iceland. I love adventuring and I love glaciers, the Northern Lights. You'll see this theme running through this website because these experiences led me to some of the biggest epiphanies of my life. If you want to learn about any of those adventures and experiences, click on the 'Iceland' tag in my tag cloud. My passion is to help others make their first solo trip.
I can offer help with booking your first trip. We can work together to create your itinerary and support with booking all the elements. This is pre-payment of £30 per hour that we work together and the hour doesn't need to be used at once. My goal is to make sure you have an amazing time in Iceland and get lots out of your trip.
I also write about wellbeing and everything else that I explore in my solo spiritual quest through life.

I have experienced personal and spiritual development from being settled at home, as well as far away. I can definitely say that travel will propel you much further forwards. If you are willing to take the plunge.

I was speaking to my counsellor about being good at helping others, she disagreed. She said I clearly wasn’t good at it as
I’m here again. Going slightly off the rails, in a very controlled way. I’ve had a lot to think about lately. I never considered myself to have a mental health problem, because I don’t have a label. After a mental health workshop I realised that mental health is a topic as generic as physical health. We all have something to take care of. So rather my mental wellbeing is not great I guess. The gist is that
The last day I have been exploring the media around Facebook this year. I’ll be honest, I don’t quite understand what has been going on but some of the things I have read have disgruntled me a little. On the other hand I use Facebook quite cautiously and always have. I guess I came into the digital age at a time when these things were new and it was natural to question them. I recall receiving invitations
